Psoriasis Decentralized Imaging Capture
This manual provides instructions for capturing standardized images of psoriasis lesions using the Legit.Health mobile application during a study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of JNJ-77242113 for the treatment of subjects with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis.
- Study Title: A Phase 3 Multicenter, Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled and Ustekinumab Active Comparator-controlled Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of JNJ-77242113 for the Treatment of Subjects With Moderate to Severe Plaque Psoriasis
- Investigational Product: JNJ-77242113
These images will be used to calculate the Automated Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (APASI) score to monitor disease severity.
The goal of this approach is to allow subjects to capture images remotely from home, reducing the need for in-person visits while ensuring high-quality, consistent data for clinical evaluation.
More specifically, photos of 11 perspectives will be captured for all subjects at baseline and at additional subsequent visits as specified in the study protocols.
