Access

I forgot my password. What should I do?

If you forgot your password, click the Reset password button on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.

I think I entered my email incorrectly. What should I do?

If you believe you provided the wrong email address, please contact your Study Person of Contact for assistance.

Image Capture and Upload

How many photographs do I need to take during each visit?

During each visit, you will need to take a total of 11 photographs:

  • Seven full-body images from specified perspectives, and
  • Four close-up images of representative lesions in the indicated areas

Please follow the app instructions carefully for each photo to ensure they meet the required standards.

What if I make a mistake while taking the photographs?

If you make a mistake while taking the photographs, you can simply retake the photo. The app will guide you through the process and ensure the images meet the required quality standards.

Can I re-upload images if there is an issue?

Yes, you can re-upload images even if you have already sent them to the platform. The platform will automatically replace the old images with the new ones. However, you should always upload the full set of 11 photographs.

If multiple sets of 11 photographs are captured during a single visit, only the latest submission will be considered. Only the most recent set of images taken on the same day will be used as the official study visit images for that day.

What happens if I close the window during the image upload?

If you close the window before finishing the image upload, your images will be lost and will not be recorded. Make sure not to close the window or refresh the page; otherwise, you will have to recapture all your images.

Who can see my photographs?

Your photographs will be securely stored and only accessible to authorized personnel involved in the study. The platform is designed to protect your privacy and ensure the confidentiality of your data.

If you encounter any issues while using the app, please contact your Study Person of Contact for assistance. They will be able to help you resolve any problems you face.
