📄️ Creating patients
In this section, you will learn how to create a new patient. You will perform this task before taking the first set of baseline photos. In other words, this step must be completed only once per patient.
📄️ Creating Practitioners
In this section, you will learn how to create a new practitioner. A practitioner can be any site personnel who needs to access during this study. You might need to perform this task to include a team member in the data capture process.
📄️ Receiving Notifications
The platform will send a weekly email digest to each site summarizing any deviations in scheduled data capture. This includes missed, late, or incomplete image uploads for any participant at the site, based on the study schedule.
📄️ Reviewing Uploaded Images
In this section, you will learn how to verify that participants have successfully uploaded their images to the platform.

Your profile settings allow you to manage personal information, notification preferences, and security settings.
