Reviewing Uploaded Images
In this section, you will learn how to verify that participants have successfully uploaded their images to the platform.
What Investigators Can See
After a participant uploads images, neither investigators nor participants will be able to view the actual image content. Instead, you will see a list of upload records showing:
- Upload date: The date when the images were successfully submitted
Accessing the Participant's Upload History
To review a participant's upload history:
- Navigate to the participant's profile in the platform.
- Select the participant you want to review.
- View the chronological list of all successful uploads.
Each entry in the list will show the date and time of the upload, allowing you to track participant compliance and monitor the frequency of image submissions throughout the study period.
Verifying Participant Compliance
Use the upload history to:
- Confirm that participants are submitting images according to the study protocol schedule.
- Identify any missed submissions or gaps in the upload timeline.
- Document adherence to the imaging requirements for study records.
