Creating Practitioners

In this section, you will learn how to create a new practitioner. A practitioner can be any site personnel who needs to access Legit.Health during this study. You might need to perform this task to include a team member in the data capture process.

Steps​

To create a practitioner, you will need to follow these steps.

Open the Medical Team section​

Once you are logged into the platform, click the Medical team section on the left sidebar. In the following image, you can see the Medical team section highlighted.

Click Add​

Once you are in the Medical team section, you will see a list of all the practitioners in the study for your site. On the top right, click the green button labeled Add.

This will open a form to create a new practitioner.

Fill in the form​

Once you click the

Add

button, you will find a form. Here, you will need to fill in the following fields:

  • Name: Enter the site user's first name.
  • Last name: Enter the site user's last name.
  • Email: Enter the email address that will be used to send an invitation to join the platform.
  • Role: Select Administrator.

All other fields can be left empty.

Save the practitioner​

Now that you have added all the information about the practitioner, click the

Add practitioner

button to save the practitioner. This button was previously disabled but is now enabled because you have filled in all the required fields.

Shortly after saving the practitioner, they will receive an email with an invitation to join the platform. They will be able to set up their account and start using Legit.Health.

This concludes the process of creating a new practitioner.
