Receiving Notifications
The Legit.Health platform will send a weekly email digest to each site summarizing any deviations in scheduled data capture. This includes missed, late, or incomplete image uploads for any participant at the site, based on the study schedule.

Notification frequency: Weekly (every Monday)
Notification content:
- List of participants with missing or late image uploads
- Details of which scheduled timepoints were not completed
- Quality status of submitted images (if below required standards)
- Summary of overall site compliance for the week
No individual images are shown in the notification. The email is intended to help sites promptly address any data capture issues and maintain protocol compliance.
